Our club simply wouldn’t be the same without the incredible dedication, time, and energy of our volunteers. 💛💜

This National Volunteers Week, we celebrate each and every person who helps make our club such a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community. From behind the scenes to on the beach, your contributions make a real difference.

At Port Fairy SLSC, there truly is “Something for Everyone” — and we are so grateful to everyone who gives their time to support others and our club.

Doors open at 6pm and dinner from 6.30pm @ Charlies On East.
In recognition of our members and volunteers, we are pleased to announce that dinner will be paid for by the club, and drinks available at bar prices.
Please RSVP by Friday 8th May and book a ticket for each person in your family attending.
Please make your best effort to attend if you purchase a ticket.
We will be catering based on ticket numbers and want to ensure nothing goes to waste!

We invite our members to march with us this Anzac Day.
The march will commence at 10am tomorrow at the South end of Sackville Street and conclude at the memorial where we will lay a wreath.
Please wear your patrol gear as we pay our respect and appreciation to all those who have fallen, but will never be forgotten 🙏

That’s a wrap on the 2025/26 season!

Yesterday the flags came down for the final time before winter, and we just want to say a huge thank you to all our amazing volunteer patrol members who kept our beach safe this summer 🙌

See you all back on the sand next season! 🔴🟡

We’re thrilled to congratulate one of our past Nippers and a current Bronze member – Sophie Ryan – on qualifying for the National Swimming Championships!
Sophie will take on the 50m, 100m and 200m Backstroke, at the 2026 Australian Age and Multi-Class Age Swimming Championships, held on the Gold Coast.

We’re sure the early start you had through Nippers helped build your water confidence, develop strong skills, and spark the love of the water that’s driven your success.
You’ve worked incredibly hard, and we couldn’t be prouder.
We can’t wait to hear how you go—swim your heart out!
