Hey Strutters! We are winding down towards winter now, with the cooler weather and fading light making class scheduling more challenging. Hoping to push on with Monday Strut n Step until the end of May, before we take a break until the Spring. 🌸

The ‘Wellness in Nature’ Strut & Stroll classes in Goolwa have come to an end for now. 🥹 Thanks so much to the Alexandrina Council and the Office for Ageing Well, for the opportunity to participate in this project, and to the Goolwa groovers for getting involved. We had fun! 🙌😎
