Part way down on the right there’s signs for Hill Street Yoga and Fitness (there’s a big red apple 🍎 at the top of the signs that’s hard to miss).
Turn there and we are at the end on the right, yoga studio is at the back 🌿 🧘‍♀️

What a JOY it is sharing yoga practice with this beautiful shiny soul 💛✨🥰 so much gratitude for you 🙏🏼✨

For the past few months Indi has been coming to classes a few times a week and she’s invested in herself by buying all the yoga props creating a space at home for her yoga practice.

Indi’s enthusiasm inspired me to offer yoga classes to teenagers for $10, because it is truly an honour to hold space for our young people, and if I could only whisper into my own ear as a teenager I’d guide myself to commit to the practice of yoga because it has taught me the lessons of presence, self love, self awareness, body awareness, body acceptance, witnessing the mind & cultivating kind thoughts, boundaries, self worth and self respect…amongst many other beautiful things 🙏🏼✨

‘Thanks for again an absolutely beautiful night Kel P.S when you said picture a place where you feel most at peace and safe and happy it is at your yoga studio, I thank you so much for holding such a wonderful place I can find joy in and truly find happiness, this means soo so so much to me and would mean the world to my Nona because she loveddd yoga, meditation, breathing and being at peace so I thank you Kel so much you beautiful soul
