Yoga & Smiles with Wolfy friends coming together to learn and share in the practice of yoga and chi gong. Yoga and Tai Chi have been practiced for thousands of years! Why??

Because they work! Alot of what you see in the media is extremist stuff not meant for the average person ie. turning yourself into human spaghetti is only for a select few, for the rest of us there are slow easy movements that help you to feel grounded and happy. We strip back the mystery surrounding these secret arts and get down to the basics to give you a solid foundation in your practice. its really easy if you give it a try.

Each day we wake up is another chance to get things right. Do things that contribute to your health, your well-being and most of all your smile.
It's ok to make mistakes, we don't always get it right but when we align with spirit, everything falls into place effortlessly.

Practicing Yoga and Qigong is a return to self; a confirmation of your divine roots. Through movements and breathing we learn to be content and happy inside our own skin because we align with the energy all around us.

It's really easy if you try.
