🏏🦀 Exciting Captaincy Announcement for the Muddies 1st XI! (3rd grade) 🦀🏏

Get ready for some thrilling cricket action, Muddies fans and players! We are beyond excited to announce that Cam Williams will be stepping up as the new captain of our 1st XI! 🎉

Cam comes with a fantastic resume, including roles as assistant coach at Gembrook and Lang Lang, and coaching stints at Scoresby and Emerald Cricket Club. His crowning achievement? Leading Emerald to a glorious 1st XI premiership! 🏆

But that’s not all, Cam has captained multiple 1st elevens at various clubs, so he knows a thing or two about leading from the front!

This season, he’s got his sights set on making our team as competitive as possible across both grades.
The ultimate goal? Bringing home the finals!🏏✨

We can’t wait to see Cam in action, guiding our players and helping everyone grow their skills. Let’s rally behind him and make this season one for the history books!

🏏🏏Just a reminder to all - 🏏🏏

The annual Muddies pre-season working bee will be held Sunday July 26th. It will kick off at 9:30am with bacon and egg rolls for breakfast and drinks for all those in attendance.

If you have an hour to spare come down and have some brekky and support the club and its members. Many hands make light work and they are greatly appreciated.
