Mid-West Vets held in Dongara today with a relatively small field
of golfers playing some ideal conditions. The weather was perfect.
I think a lot of players may have been thinking it would rain.
A big THANK YOU to Platinum Electricians for their continued
Sponsorship to Mid-West Vets.
Ladies took out the top 4 scores with Robyn Patten winning on 37pts
on a c/b from Dianne Broad, third Sus Aiken 35pts on a c/b from
Linda McNaboe. All ladies from Dongara GC.
The winner of the men being Tony Emmott on 34pts on a c/b from
Malcolm Keyser both from the Geraldton GC.

Fantastic weather for our 4 Ball Ambrose today kindly sponsored
by AFGRI GERALDTON. It was great to have Dan Jolly, Branch
Manager Geraldton come down to Dongara to play in the
competition and also for the trophy presentations. Our members
greatly appreciate the sponsorship and support we receive from
AFGRI.
48 players ventured onto the course for this event won by Peter
& Joel Leeson, Jim Philipps and Paul Shearer with 54.75 nett
this included 10 birdies and a eagle 🦅 on #10. Some very good
Golf with a score like that. R/Up Marty Downes, Joel Worland,
Troy Bedford and Jamie Smith 56.375 nett, third Paul Blair, Robyn
Parsons, Warren Johnston and Sus Aiken 58 nett.
