Sunday was our annual Pat & Jock day with a exceptional field of
43 players. This annual event was sponsored by the Lamont & Patten
Families along with Brad Trevenen, Peter Leeson, Ian Carlshausen and
Jock Drummond. It is this time of the year with the annual AFL Derby
Between the Dockers and Eagles that the banter and memories of
these two great fella’s are remembered fondly.

Great to see 13 ladies at golf today for our Stableford competition
kindly sponsored by Robyn Parsons.
What started off to be a very pleasant day until around the last 4 or
5 holes when the heavy rain started. We all managed to finish even
if we were slightly wet.
Bruce Baskerville on behalf of Kaye and Clive attended our
afternoon tea to present the “The Val Baskerville” Jubilee Foursomes
trophies to the winners Colleen Mitchell & Helen Duane
and R/Up for Suzie Johns & Sus Aiken. Thank you Bruce prior to the
presentation Bruce gave us a brief talk on the history of the formation
of the Golf Club which will turn 100 in 5 years time.
Getting onto todays winners Sally McTaggart played a awesome game
with a great 44pts with a near hole in one on #11, R/Up Colleen
Mitchell 34pts, Third Linda McNaboe 33pts c/b Anne Gorfin.
