⭐️ Tally Cox ⭐️

Some of you may have already met me, but for those of you who have not…Hi, I am Tally and I am now currently taking on Personal Training Sessions at Mayhem Fitness.
I have always been an active person playing a range of sports, however, my love and passion for health & fitness began in 2017 when I joined a Boxing & Pilates studio in Adelaide. This inspired me to complete my Certificate III & IV in Fitness, so I could help others find their own passion to live a healthier and fitter lifestyle. Whilst teaching at this studio I was also studying at University, which I have just recently completed, obtaining a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Sport & Recreation management. I have also completed my Mat Pilates qualification so you will also find me taking Pilates classes at Mayhem and at other locations around Port Augusta.
Outside of this, however, you will also find me walking my two energetic Border Collies, camping, exploring the beautiful ranges either on foot or in our 4wd, in the ocean, paddle boarding, reading, or spending some quality time with my fiancé, family & friends.
