Want to start a gym program either here at MacxFit 24, another gym or at home? If so, then this may be for you!
We are designing programs for people with all fitness goals whether you are an experienced gym goer or just starting out.
Our programs are designed along the same guidelines as used by one of the most highly rated strength coaches in Australia.
Programs such as Strength, Powerlifting, Hypertrophy (muscle gain), Conditioning and Fat loss amongst others are available.
All programs are accessible through an app and are broken down into 4 week phases.
The app offers easy online communication with your trainer and demonstration videos included to help you along the way.
Nutritional services are also available if you need assistance in this area as well.
