We have decided to omit the swim leg from the ‘Come & Triathlon’ on the 19th of November and will be doing a Duathlon; Run, Bike, Run instead.

All distances and courses will remain the same, however, you will just complete the Run leg twice.

We are also opening it up for the course to be completed in teams if you wish, however, you will still need to register as an individual.
