Shala Om is a friendly, community yoga class suited to beginners to intermediate students. No experience is necessary to participate in any of our classes. Unjay teaches Hatha and Yin yoga styles, with an emphasis on the meditative and psychosomatic aspects of yoga. He also brings a live music element to classes with singing bowls, Zendrum and chanting during śavasana.

Yogis!
I can now reveal that I am really a pirate.
No it’s not true, much as I like the look.
I’ve got Bell’s palsy, left side of my face is partly paralysed, so I have to wear a patch to protect my left eye.
Resting for the first few weeks is recommended so I am regretfully cancelling all classes next week, and I will re=evaluate then.
Luckily I have a mild case and I expect a full recovery within months.
