On Sunday we hosted the CAPO SA Last Chance Qualifier, and what a day it was!

Three flights of lifters came together to smash national records, qualify for the 2025 CAPO National Champs and to blow their personal bests out of the water!

Plenty of stacked podiums (special mention to the having a 400kg+ women’s podium 🤯), and our lifters sure did put on a show for a stacked house of spectators!

Thanks to everyone who lifted and those who cheered them on, the atmosphere was amazing 🎊

To the spotters, loaders, referees, MCs, live stream commentators, tech desk, photographer, and our entire support crew, THANK YOU. Our team is growing and we are so thankful to have such excellent humans contributing to this sport 🙌🏼
