It is OK to Not Be OK and that is something that everyone needs to hear, But, don’t struggle alone and in silence.
Change can be a very scary thing, especially to someone who suffers from a Mental Illness. Those negative thoughts, feelings or even critical voices within can become very loud and it makes us just want to run and hide. Changing the way we think is extremely difficult, but, we must because Self-care is Not Selfish and we all Need it.
I do not say any of this lightly, I have experienced it myself. My experiences have been my motivation to help and support others, to be there for anyone that wants me to be. I may only be a Personal Trainer by trade, but I am human and I care and always will.
