We've recently been lucky to have picked up some new students from the local international visitors working and studying in the area. These guys have been a great addition to the club and have already contributed lots of humour and good vibes to our Academy. Slight change to Thursday nights. Instead of the leglocks class there is a 6-8pm gi and no gi session where you can work through issues with the coach and drill/troubleshoot new techniques you want to try. This is open to everyone and is a great way to accelerate your skills. You can also get some extra rolling rounds in during this time. All levels are welcome to attend:
