It’s so lovely when our Hound Dog friends check in to see how Will and Jo are doing as they explore the world. They are both doing great, and Jo is keeping us updated with her parkruns. Yesterday, she volunteered as the 20 minute pacer at Bo’ness parkrun in Edinburgh, coming in at 19:45 and helping at least two runners score PBs. 💜😊

We are very proud of our All-Abilities sessions. Our friend Sybilla has made this little video, sharing our passion for great health for everyone.
