Hi-Energy A functional and fun workout combining strength and cardio exercises to focus on burning fat and building muscle! If you want to tone it down to a lower intensity there are always options to do that. This class is great for anyone who has a goal of losing weight or wants to increase their cardiovascular fitness. I like to incorporate fun warm up games, interval traini

Gentle & Strong A gentler alternative for seniors aged 60+. All exercises are performed with at least one foot on the ground or seated. There is no jumping, running or laying on the floor and the class includes longer rest times. The class also includes a gentle warm up and a longer stretching session at the end. The exercises are an even mix of cardio and strength exercises to give you a total body workout. Suitable for seniors, people new to exercise, or those recovering from injury. Duration: 45 mins
Combined This class is for all clients and you will have the choice of choosing the Hi Energy or Gentle & Strong program.
