45 minutes a day where she doesn’t have to be mum. Julia joined Core Lab at 20 weeks pregnant and kept coming right up until 40 weeks 🤍

She’s still with us, now as mum to the first Core Lab baby. Thank you for sharing your story with us, Julia.

Book your first class through the Core Lab app.

Strong bodies. Stronger community. x

🎀 CORE LAB IS GOING PINK! 🎀

Next week, we’re turning the studio pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Week! 💗

Throughout the week, we’ll be coming together to raise awareness, show our support and raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

💕 Here’s how you can get involved:

🎀 Wear a touch of pink to your classes!

💌 Add a message to our Wall of Hope
whether it’s a message of encouragement, a dedication to someone special or in memory of a loved one.

💗 Make a donation if you can! Every little bit helps support breast cancer research.

Our studio is more than just a place to work out. It’s a community, and we’re so grateful to be able to come together for such an important cause.

Let’s fill the studio with pink, love and hope! 🩷

Together, we’re stronger.

It’s more than just Pilates. It’s the friendships, the laughter, the encouragement, the familiar faces and the little moments that make this place feel like so much more than a studio.

Every single person who walks through our doors is part of what makes Core Lab the community it is today.

We love watching you show up for yourselves, push through challenges, celebrate your wins and support one another along the way.

We wouldn’t be Core Lab without YOU.
