Price increase

Firstly I want to express my gratitude to all of my past, present & future clients.

The time has come to raise my prices in some areas of business.

Group class prices will remain the same for now.

Personal training sessions & Massage will have a slight increase.

This will take effect from the 1/8/2026.
You do have the opportunity to book at existing price or packages until then.

Thank you for your understanding 💕

Happy new year to you all! I hope everyone had some fun over the festive season.

We have been off grid for the best part of the week and it was amazing ☀️

From tomorrow, the 3rd, I’ll be ready to get back into workouts & massages for those who are wanting to book ln, send me a message and we will get this year of self care started.

Over the years, I have had many people come through my gym, and take on my workouts.
I have a private members forum for my clients, and so many people have been a part of this.

But like everything in life, we go through seasons and people head on to their next journey and life takes them in different directions.

So, I appreciate your support in my small business however short or long it was/is. but I have cleaned out the forum to have only existing, active members in there. This keeps the group more personal and a safe place for my clients to connect.
