Training is underway!

We have just finished up our first outdoor net session for the preseason, on the back of our indoor sessions and S&C work.

With the first fixture less than 4 weeks away, we would love to see you down at Ferndale Park, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm.

Whether you’re returning to the club from previous seasons, new to the area, or new to the sport; you’re welcome to come down and roll your arm over with us all.

Ferndale Lynwood CC are thrilled to announced that Howard Carter has re-committed to the club for the 2026/27 season. Fresh off his 200th appearance for the club last year, Howie is raring to go around again.

With a potential club record of 48 ducks 🐥to his name, there was limited interest from other clubs, but we are still happy that he has chosen to call Ferndale/Lynwood home this upcoming season. Looking forward to plenty more contributions this year from this club legend!

This is the first GF for a FLCC team in the SMCA since our return!

- Our Lads take on Cockburn on at their home turf at Davilak Reserve, with a Start time of 12:30, players are expected to arrive by 11:30

This weekend we recognise mental health round across the SMCA- South Metropolitan Cricket Association, which provides us with an opportunity to open the conversation amongst our Club community about a critical issue in Australia.
Mental Health illnesses are common within our community, and this round, we recognise the importance of our club in providing a safe space and support network to our members and their families.
This weekend we urge you all at FLCC to get around your fellow club members, check in with each other and reinforce the value of community out on the field, just as we have always done here at Ferndale Lynwood Cricket Club.

To our members and opponents, please stick around for a BBQ and drink at the close of play on tomorrow (6th December).

For those playing away from home, please come back to the club and get around your fellow clubmen.

Keep looking out for yourselves and your mates out on the cricket field. If you ever wish to chat about how you’re feeling, reach out to your captains and committee to have a yarn and start a safe conversation.
