Wothy’s Gym is built for people who want to train properly.
We are not a fashion parade. We are not a packed-to-the-rafters, swipe card factory. And we are not a place where you fight for equipment or feel like you have to prove yourself.
We are a private, warehouse style training space in Wangara that puts people and results first.
The environment is dialed-in to what we need to succeed. We don’t have mirrors on every wall. The lighting is warm and focused- no distractions, no-nonsense. Just good people, serious equipment and coaches who care about you and what you are trying to achieve.
Our members range from first timers to experienced lifters, from rehab clients working with our Exercise Physiologists through to athletes preparing for competition. Many who train here have never been to the gym before. Those who have, scarcely leave- for good reason. What they all have in common is that they want to improve. They want to get stronger, leaner, more capable and more confident in their bodies and themselves. And they have found the right place to do just that.
We are a serious training facility without the ego. We are a hardcore gym for non-hardcore people. Cut and dry, uncomplicated. Purpose driven.
If you have ever felt out of place in a commercial gym, you will feel the difference here immediately. There is no posturing, no judgement. No crowds hovering over machines. Just space to train, guidance when you need it and a community that backs you.
Our facility has a true no frills warehouse feel, but the equipment is anything but ordinary. We have spent years building a handpicked and refined collection of best-in-class, old school and hard to find machines that you simply will not see in most gyms across Australia, let alone Perth. Pieces inspired by the golden era of strength training sit alongside modern tools that allow us to coach and rehabilitate properly.
Everything here is intentional. Every machine. Every barbell. Every program.
Worthy’s Gym is for people who take their progress seriously, even if they do not take themselves too seriously.
If you are ready to train in an environment that values effort, community and real results, you will fit right in.
