My goal is to turn every day people into athletes, & give them more than what they could ever wish for them selves. I am a Personal Trainer, Health Coach & athlete. I have been training consistently from the age of 15, & playing regular school sports previous to that. I also have 7 years experience in Rugby Union and have competed in IFBB fitness model competitions in 2012 & 2014. I always love an
adventure off the beaten track which took me to Nepal trekking up the Mount Everest Base camp, I grew up loving athletics and competing in and out of school, however found it a lonely sport which lead into Rugby and havnt left ever since! How can I be of help to you:
I love to do sports specific training to help my clients aid performance on the field/court etc. I love to show my clients that there is a healthier way to live, and that you can make time for exercise. I want my clients to be more in tune with their bodies, I do this through exercises I practice myself that has lead me to me more in tune with my body. I want my clients to strengthen areas they are weaker and not confident in, I love rehabilitation exercise from injuries, or gettin their core stronger after giving birth, i find this a great challenge. I offer food plans that is suited to their needs and goals, and take the hollistic approach to food, and work on a positive mindset towards food, promoting balance! I do Biosignature skin folds over 12 sites of the body for a very precise and structured skin fold analysis, this enables me to find out what your hormones are doing and bring them back to optimal levels through correct supplementation and diet. What I expect from you:

- To come to your session prepared to train e.g. enough water and food throughout the day, and a good nights sleep before hand & foam rolling right before the session. This will help you to perform. Being comitted to your health and lifestyle now can help you and your family avoid a life of pain and heart ached from illness, some that are getting far too common. It is important to build good habits and foundations of a healthy lifestyle now to prevent weakness and health issues later on in life, where you can end up paying your way to get your health back.
