🎉 Congratulations to our $1,000 WA Day Community Appreciation Campaign Winner! Tejaswini Ramesh 🎉

After speaking with our winner, she shared that she was quite nervous about taking part in the challenge. The prize money motivated her to give it a go, but after visiting Midland Police Station and taking the photo, she felt genuinely proud of herself.

She was also pleasantly surprised by how friendly, welcoming and approachable the officers and staff were. Having come from a background where interactions with police can feel intimidating, the experience left a very positive impression.

This feedback perfectly highlights why this campaign matters. Sometimes a simple interaction can help build confidence, break down barriers and strengthen community connections.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, WA Incident Alerts for running the initiative, and the WA Police officers who helped make it such a positive experience. 💙👮‍♂️

✅ REQUIREMENTS:
• Current WA Approved Manager Card (Essential)
• Hospitality/bar experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lead staff and manage shifts
• Availability for nights and weekends
• Passion for sport, entertainment & good vibes

💥 ROLE INCLUDES:
• Supervising daily venue operations
• Managing staff and customer experience
• Opening/closing procedures
• Assisting with leagues, functions & events
