Would you like to keep warm and participate in a 6 week FAT Blasting Winter Weekend Bootcamp Challenge? (including a variety of strength; cardio; high performance and core training) @ Totalworx gym 7/44 Hutton Street Osborne Park

This would include a fitness test before and after; fitness assessment; nutritional guidance; weekly workout; access to all group fitness sessions, adhoc prizes, private group sharing recipes / workouts / team motivation. 2 x 30min PT sessions to book and use within the 6 week program & opt-in for a weekly online video call.

Starting weekend of 14th July

1. Do you prefer Saturday or Sunday
2. Please provide 2 preferred timeslots for 1hr workout

Must have a min of 10 booked in before we go ahead. All fitness levels are welcome

Members pre-pay $150 for the 6 weeks
Non- members pre-pay $200 for 6 weeks (so it is a great time to join on our EOFY sale before 30 June)

last minute if you're interested in donating towards lifeline, i'm doing my stint on the treadmill at 3.30pm, then Gaye's turn is at 3.45pm, if you would like to participate, book a 15min timeslot on treadmill 4 call Irene 0417181984 $15 per 15 minutes, it's at Anytime Fitness Currumbine (You can walk, jog, run, sprint...whatever you like)
