🚨 THE LONGER YOU WAIT, THE HARDER IT GETS.

After 12 years running a women’s-only gym, I decided to look back at something pretty interesting…

When do women actually make the decision to change — and how often do they achieve their health & fitness goals by the end of the year?

Based on what I’ve seen across our own members and database:

🔥 Commit in August / early September: around 85–90% success rate

⚡ Wait until October: around 60%

😬 Wait until November: as low as 10–20%

Now, these aren’t scientific statistics or numbers I’ve pulled from Google.

They’re based on what I’ve personally seen over the last 12 years coaching women and running our gym.

And the pattern is pretty bloody clear…

The earlier you make the decision, the better your chances.

Not because August is magical.

Because you have TIME.

Time to build a routine.
Time to make mistakes.
Time to learn what works.
Time to build momentum.
And time to actually get results.

The biggest mistake I see every year is women waiting for the “perfect time.”

Next week. Next month. After this event. After life settles down.

Then suddenly it’s November… Christmas is around the corner… and another year has disappeared.

So here’s my question:

WHERE’S YOUR HEAD AT RIGHT NOW?

If you genuinely want to finish 2026 stronger, healthier, fitter and more confident than you started it…

Make the decision NOW.

Because every week you wait, that window gets smaller.
