We often get asked what are our top tips for rock climbing are, this is what we say:
1️⃣ You are only as good as your warm up, make sure you stretch those muscles before you put them to work
2️⃣ Keep your body close to the wall to keep you in control.
3️⃣Engage your core. We know you probably think that your arms and upper body do all the work, but we find those who use their core find themselves to be better climbers 👏🏼 .
