Our two Head Coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from Track & Field, Weightlifting, Boxing, Strongman Training, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Martial Arts, Strength & Conditioning and all ball sports. from as young as 10 years old. We view training from a holistic view point, Mind, Body & Spirit working together as one complete focused unit.
