Remember MUMS TRAIN FOR FREE this week. No need to book, just rock up and be ready to sweat, feel awesome and be surrounded by legends.

Adult Competition Classes Monday to Friday 6:45pm. Sparring Wednesday night and 10am on Saturday.

We put it out to the MUMS and they have shown up for themselves and as you can see LOVED IT! Mums you deserve fun, exercise and a bit of freedom.

All mums are welcome to come down for a FREE class any time and any day this week.

It’s fun, bring a friend and just have a break from the kids if nothing else haha
