13 women finished this Empower-Her course. This is them at the end of six weeks.

Here's what many of them conveyed: the hardest part was before they even got to the dojo. The hardest part was admitting what they already knew, and sending the DM.

The rest is serious fun. (Pun intended.) Real training, small group, women who quickly stop being strangers. Most people wonder afterwards why they waited so long.

Empower-Her starts tonight at 7pm at the dojo in Osborne Park.

If today's the day you send the DM — before 6pm and your spot is held.

This is the final course for 2026.

Empower-Her Session 1 wrapped last night. The women who turned up made it a warm room from the first minute.

One thing worth naming from last night: not everyone got to the mat the same way.

Some booked because they'd been thinking about it for a while and finally owned the truth that they needed it. That's the
harder path — sitting with the need, then sending that DM.

Some booked because someone else brought them. One told us last night she came because her teenage daughter said "mum,
you're coming with me." Two generations, one Session 1.

Both are legitimate ways in. Not every path to the mat has to be a solo decision.

Five more Monday evenings from here. If you saw the campaign last week but didn't make it in time — Session 1 was a gentle
introduction, you can be brought up to speed next Monday.

This is the final Empower-Her for 2026. If next Monday still doesn't work, message us anyway — we'll add you to the list for
early 2027.
