We’re looking for the next inspired individual to join our team at Athletic Revolution.

Someone who finds joy in coaching, supporting + educating others in strength + fitness. Who fits the vibe of our dynamic community and can bring good energy + banter to our gym floor 🤩

The details… 📝
▪️Six month contract to permanent position
▪️Coaching up to 10 group classes each week
▪️Option to run your own personal training sessions
▪️A training space to achieve your own strength + fitness goals
▪️Flexibility + an awesome working environment
▪️A space to grow your career in the industry
▪️Full onboarding to grasp our programming methods + systems
▪️Female coach preferable

The right person will have solid experience in group coaching.

Three words we have on our walls, three things we strive for everytime you walk through our doors. 

Lift. We love barbells, strength training is embedded in our programming culture.

Play. Training done for enjoyment, not purely as a means to an outcome.

Vibe. Good beats, banter, positive moods, energy from teammates...all in sync, it makes working out that much sweeter.

One of the best things about hitting a hard workout with people in your community - you let go of whatever is going on in your head at the time.

I'm sure people walk through our doors with something on their plate.

For the 60 minutes during class we make them forget that and feel good.

No distractions, no phone, no social media...just an hour of lifting things and vibey moods.

When I walked through those doors, at this point in time I was a broken human and athlete. The gym which was once my happy place was the last place I wanted to be. Community is powerful, it is special and it has the ability to impact one's life in so many ways. Thanks for having me and thanks for helping me find my love for movement once again.
