We’ve created a space at Lights Out Golf for mums who want an hour out of the house that feels calm, social, and actually enjoyable without needing to find a babysitter.

Baby comes with you. No stress. No pressure. No overstimulation.

⛳ Mums & Bubs Sessions

A relaxed, beginner-friendly experience where you can:
• get out of the house and reset
• do something for yourself again (without guilt)
• meet other mums in a calm, small-group space
• have coffee and conversation in between

Congrats on another member’s hole in one!
Seems like when it rains it pours!
Brad has been the most consistent member since the start and deserves this. He is in almost everything single day working on his game from 11am to 11pm sessions.
This hole out on the 6th at Wembley GC at 155m will be a great memory. And covered it with an 8 iron!

Congrats mate! We are glad you have got better than your mates and beating them on the course. Because deep down we all want to be the best in our 4 ball!

Easter Hours at Lights Out Golf 🐣
A little different to Christmas for us.
We’ll be stepping away from the studio over the Easter period to spend some time with family.
That said, the bays are still open and ready when you are and we’ll be available for any technical support during operating hours.

Easter Opening Hours:
Members: 24/7 access
Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 5pm
Sunday: Closed
Monday: 9am – 5pm
Plan your sessions, lock in your bay, and enjoy a quieter hit over the long weekend.

Today we had our first ever hole in one at Lights Out Golf! ⛳️
It was great to see one of our members, Alan, hole out from 122m on the 11th at Hudson National.
A special moment for him. Alan was so chuffed, you could not wipe the smile off his face.
It might sound silly but we love seeing and hearing the achievements of our members. On and off the course.
Congrats mate!

Most golfers never practice their short game enough… and it’s costing you strokes. 100m and in is where you lower scores.

Target Practice is the most underrated tool within the TrackMan system and should be a regular rotation in your sessions.

Here’s how to actually use it.
• Pick a distance (I like 65m for short game work)
• Choose your target and move the ball anywhere
• Add wind to simulate real conditions out on the course
• Customise your data (carry, spin, launch, AoA)

Now you’re not just hitting balls. You are levelling up your game to beat your mates.

Work on:
✔️ Flight control
✔️ Spin & launch
✔️ Bump & runs
✔️ Flops & bunker shots

This is where technique meets real on-course situations.

🏆 Lights Out Golf – Order of Merit
We’re launching our season-long competition recognising the most consistent golfer across the year — not just a one-round wonder.

You can be lifting the Championship trophy and claim the main prizes!

Running from March through December, players will compete in our monthly TrackMan tournaments, earning points toward the Order of Merit leaderboard.

Each monthly event also includes prizes for:
• Tournament Winner
• Closest to the Pin
• Longest Drive
Open to members and non-members — you’ll just need a TrackMan handicap to enter.

Our March tournament will be played at Cape Wickham Links on — one of the world’s most spectacular courses. Game on. Let’s see who finishes the year on top. ⛳️
