Josie looked absolutely stunning at her FMG debut earlier this year. 😍💖

FMG used to seem more like a beauty pageant to me, but in recent shows the conditioning of these athletes has levelled up!

Not to mention it’s not a simple FRONT + BACK pose, it has essentially a mini dance routine with insane back flexibility and uncountable pose options. It is more complex and open to personal touch.

Gabby is the perfect example of playing the long game!

We have been working together for 2 Years, and I could not be prouder of everything she has achieved.

What started as a goal to feel fit and healthy before pregnancy evolved to prenatal coaching, postpartum recovery andnow preparing up for the ICN stage in 2027.

The transformation physically and mentally is just phenomenal and I cannot wait to see what the next chapter brings and watch up shine up on stage 👙

Don't underestimate the power of stress. You'll hold more fluid, skip movement and reach for more tasty food without realising / feeling you have control.

Strung out on stress, skipping training with work commitments, to regaining control and being locked in! D is backkkkkk 🎉 (actually she's thriving living in London again - crazy how big a change of environment can make!)

Workaholic? Train less than 2-3 days consistently? WE CAN STILL GET RESULTS 🎯

Bodybuilding isn’t a phase, it’s a lifestyle.

It’s for the patient.
For those that can hold off immediate reward for longterm payoff.
Those that wholeheartedly trust in the process and surrender to the clock, week after week, meal after meal.
Those that enjoy a lifestyle of structure and discipline and self achievement as much as social fun.

But what really sets competitors apart from the everyday fat loss bikini results, is the committing of their lifetime SPENT EATING IN SURPLUS AND FEELING HEAVY.

A 12 week shred is EASY compared to 12 months of force-feeding an insane amount of carbohydrates. Muscle building is HARD.

So proud of Sasch for eating upward of 3,000 cals for approx a year (plus a cheeky 10kg shred for wedding last year). Glutes 10cm up from shred 🍑🍑

She didn't let her busy schedule get in the way of her wanting to make big changes.

We did this by creating a custom plan that works for her life and goals, not against it.

Watching this hourglass form week after week 👀

So proud of prep client Tahnee for doing the hard yards of eating to grow, feeling ultra fluffy and persevering to see it all paying off a year+ down the track.

Her waist is shrinking and delt caps are popping! not to mention the definition through her thighs and glutes coming into the picture - and we are months out 😍

Only just adding some cardio in now with a nice amount of carbs still on the daily.

Lets go girl!!

My jaw hit the floowr when Anita sent me her check in photos this week 🔥🔥

Anita is the perfect example of what happens when you show up every single week with the focus to improve.

Every week her check in is accompanied by many training videos, seeking feedback on her form, ensuring she is training with intensity and applying all the feedback that I give her.

Ahhhh ALANA!!! 😭💍🔥 You are stunning! Another AB bride absolutely killing it this year and I am not even a little bit sorry for screaming.

But here's what makes this even more... she didn't wake up like this. She worked for it.

This mumma made a decision that her wedding day would not be something she just got through. It would be something she arrived at. Fully. Intentionally. In a body and a mindset she actually fought for.

Between school runs, late nights, and putting everyone else first, she made time for herself. She showed up to the work even when no one was watching. So proud of you lovely!

The most important thing is that Gabby is so understanding that we first need to be eating a good amount of food and solidify the foundations, BEFORE entering her prep.

Cals currently 2700 and growing, posing is coming along and creating the habits that STICK!
