As always a social media hiatus but this time, I’m returning from having a baby 8 weeks ago 🥹 if you follow my personal account, little Marcus came into the world on Tuesday the 12th of May and I’ll be biased l, he’s absolutely perfect!

This mornings Female only Muay Thai class we drilled some knees, a little favourite of mine. With 7.5 years coaching and training, along with a fight record of 10 fights, I’m so happy to be able to pass on my experiences.
