Class runs Every Monday 6-7pm at Cambridge Bowling Club, Howtree Place, Floreat. Free parking.

No bookings required. Just rock up and pay casually. FIRST CLASS IS FREE. $15 afterwards. Remember to bring plenty of water, a sweat towel, a yoga mat and a set of 1.5kg-2kg dumbbells. Everyone welcome! :-)
