Thank you so much to these amazing women who volunteered today for the ladies of lifting comp.

For most of you it was your first time using the equipment, referring or grabbing the mic for MC and I'm really proud of all of you for jumping it and giving it a crack despite your nerves. You guys did an awesome job, everything ran smoothly and ahead of schedule.

Not a lot of training going on for me at the moment
Exams have been scheduled for Monday and Tuesday afternoon and it would seen I'm not the only one over listening to lecture recordings.
Hugos such a sook, between him and Alex I've always got one hand writing notes and the other cuddling a child.
T-minus 4 days of study left. Then I need a holiday before final semester 🤯
