What does it take to become a Bikini PRO with Ms Fitness Australia ?

First, you need to nail your training and diet. When looking for a Pro, we want to see that you have understood the criteria for the category that you have chosen to compete in. Your body should reflect that you understand the criteria.

Know that upon entering 'Bikini' you will be expected to complete 2 rounds. Round 1 Evening Wear and round 2 Bikini.

You will first be required to enter the Amatuer show. Once you win your class in Bikini ie. novice or age category, you will be placed in a line up with all Bikini Winners that placed 1st in an "Overall line up".

The overall line is where our Pros are picked. The winner of the Overall Bikini division will win their Pro Card allowing the athlete to enter the evening Pro Show.

The One piece Swimsuit needs to flatter the body and can be any colour or fabric...Does not necessarily need to be a Competition One Piece.This is one round only & models are required to do an Individual TWALK followed by group quarter turn comparisons.

The way you walk, the way you pose and present yourself will also add or take away from your score. We want to see strong, confident athletes on the stage wearing one amazing smile! 😊
