Sarah Jayne is a certified personal trainer and wellness expert. For years, she had struggled with her weight and tried numerous types of diets. Feeling helpless, she hired a personal trainer. The difference was incredible! The weight came off and stayed off. Knowing that despite all the challenges, weight loss and management is possible, she decided to take a bold step and become a personal trainer herself. Achieving her fitness goals brought opportunities she previously never thought were possible. In 2010, she competed in her first sports model competition, where contestants showcase their months of hard work at the gym. In 2012, she went on to place second in the NAABA sport model division. Throughout her journey, she has met some very inspirational figures, including Pat Mesiti, Dr. John Demartini, Lorna Jane, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Michelle Bridges.

R U OK Day for me is about spreading the knowledge on how every emotion is part of the human experience + how to have authentic conversations 🙌🏻👽
No emotion is wrong or right
Yet in society if we feel sadness in our bodies we feel their is something “wrong” with us 😓
People are reaching out to doctors more and more for medication to cover up feelings 🙈
How can we fully express every emotion and be authentic in our conversations in life? 😊
❤️ If you want to have authentic conversations in your life you need to be the one to open up first and reach out for help
❤️ If your resisting a feeling, be with the emotion feel the entirety of the whole emotion and watch how the emotion subsides
Stop making your emotions wrong - guilt, shame, anger, fear, sadness, frustration
Accept all the emotions as a part of your life experience
❤️ Open up to your community on what it is your really going through, this can create a space for people to also share what is going on with their life
You’ll be surprised who is going through the same experience 👯
As humans all we want is love and connection ❤️🙏🏻

Gritting my teeth so hard that my whole jaw and face was so sore 😓
Breathing has been part of my life in helping to be present in the moment 🙏🏻
If you feel yourself shallow breathing in your chest and getting anxious think about these 3 things
👽 Are you getting stressed about things that haven’t even happened yet?
👽 Take 3 DEEP breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth
👽Be aware of what is ACTUALLY going on in that moment rather then the story you create in your head that is going on
