Sarah Jayne is a certified personal trainer and wellness expert. For years, she had struggled with her weight and tried numerous types of diets. Feeling helpless, she hired a personal trainer. The difference was incredible! The weight came off and stayed off. Knowing that despite all the challenges, weight loss and management is possible, she decided to take a bold step and become a personal trainer herself. Achieving her fitness goals brought opportunities she previously never thought were possible. In 2010, she competed in her first sports model competition, where contestants showcase their months of hard work at the gym. In 2012, she went on to place second in the NAABA sport model division. Throughout her journey, she has met some very inspirational figures, including Pat Mesiti, Dr. John Demartini, Lorna Jane, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Michelle Bridges.
