An update on our Dad who was assaulted by a group of Australians while on holiday in Bali, leaving him in a life threatening condition.

He suffered internal bleeding, 10 broken ribs, has undergone three major surgeries, had his spleen removed, required four blood transfusions.

He has now spent 10 days in ICU and remains sedated following his third surgery

Our family has travelled to Bali to be by his side and we have done everything we can to fund his treatment ourselves, we never intended to start a GoFundMe, but we have now reached a point where we need support

Any donation, no matter how small, would mean more than we can explain, and if you aren’t in a position to donate, simply sharing the page would mean just as much

Until you have visa or abs I don’t think you should bulk first Until

Cut first, strip the body fat and prime yourself to grow

But then this is where most lads lose all there muscle

Not eating the right amount of calories

Dropping calories too low

Macros aren’t in check

So if you want to avoid all that and make progress like Max did
