EXCLUSIVE TRIAL CLASSES

Unique to Olympic & TWP are Damien's Rewilding Adult Movement & Mobility Sessions.

Access to these classes is only via the club's REWILDING: Natural Movement (WA) - private group.

TRIAL SESSIONS are $20 per session for FEBRUARY only:-

- Mon 30 Jan, 7-8PM (vacancies)

Damien is a unique trainer, fun, passionate and has a wealth of knowledge about all things mobility and natural movements.

His classes explore gymnastics, parkour, animal flow, mobility, breath work and wholistic lifestyle changes that help people move FOR LIFE.

Last terms Adult session at OLY/TWP was a hoot. We set up seven fun challenges to negotiate to complete in your own pace and level of difficulty.

Using a base of functional movement patterns, these challenges are designed to Test, Challenge and EXCITE.

We had a Wacky finish to Gymfit classes to celebrate the end Term 3.

Gymfitters (Adults 16+) were provided with light hearted fun with various physical challenges including the use of a Jumping Castle!

They also did fun gym skills, and finished off with a game of soccer.

Very PROUD of you guys.

We now take a break & will return for Term 4 in mid October!

So cool to be accredited as a Level 1 MMA Coach with this bunch.

Certainly not trying to turn our Gymfitters into trained killers, but was interested to see how we can incorporate some MMA training concepts into our warm ups, and perhaps some cardio drills.

Hey Gymfitters.. Meet “The Matrix”. Designed in the U.S.A, this brand NEW equipment is built specifically for our Gymnastic, Parkour & Adult fitness members.

We can Climb, Pull, Push, Swing & Jump off this incredible new addition to the club.

Check out the video below to see how the project all came together, from the initial concept to installation. It was a huge team effort.
