Do you get excited to exercise? Or are your workouts a chore?
Find something that you really enjoy... where you not counting down the minutes left of your workout.
Or convincing your self for over half an hour to be motivated and get started.... That's almost the workout done.
This used to be me!!!!!
Until..... I found a jungle body class.
I found a workout where I'm not counting down the minutes, where I don't have to talk myself into putting my shoes on and getting ready.
I feel great, energized and refreshed mentally after class. My brain can relax and isn't going crazy, wild or into over drive like it would if I was just on the treadmill. (I'm such an over thinker)
Its my time to chill out and take a moment for myself.
A moment to refill my cup, keep my body moving, and relieve all my stress and worries.
Classes are every Monday and Wednesday at Maida Vale Hall/ Netball Courts. 6:15pm-7pm. $12 for a casual class or save when you buy a class pass.
You will need some water, a yoga mat, sweat towel, a material/fabric resistance band and 2x light weight dumbbells.
With a combination of KONGA, TYGA & BURN we tone, dance, squat, jump, burpee, box, shake, twerk, skip, salsa and much more.
The lights are off, party lights are on, music is loud and you can let loose.
Classes are judgement free you can pop it and lock it as much or as little as you like. No one is watching you.
Watch your confidence grow and develop.
Classes are designed to be beginner friendly with low options available. So it doesn't matter your age, your fitness level, or if you have never danced before or if you have 2 left feet, or you need to go at a slower pace. As long as your moving your body and having fun, then your doing it right.
