Life can become very busy, and it easy to neglect yourself through poor nutrition lack of regular exercise. Any exercise is good exercise for just half an hour every day or more. Freeze some smoothie blends ready to pop into blender to process and go. I freeze into snap locked bags and just add either coconut water, almond milk, or coco quench, milk if you prefer! 1. Handful spinach or kale, half orange, half Apple, piece fresh ginger, chia seeds, LSA and rice protein optional.
2. Handful spinach, 1 frozen banana, 2 kiwi fruit, 1 tsp coconut oil, chia seeds and LSA optional and you liquid choice of 1 cup.
3. Half cup blueberries, handful spinach, 1 banana, scoop unsweetened Greek yoghurt, chilled coconut water. Freezing ready made packs makes the smoothie Devine and creamy. Always break over ripe bananas into pieces and freeze. Avocado and nuts are healthy fat choice to add to your blends also. Keep those colds away by taking a warm lemon water every morning and alkalising your body also. Within 2 weeks you will notice the difference in yourself by taking these every morning
