All these things work together as 1..

#1 Balance, Rhythm & Control (You should always have rhythm & you should always be balanced, whether you’re throwing a strike or not)

Balance & Control - If you are NOT balanced you are NOT in control, which leaves you in a vulnerable position as you cannot defend yourself and if you cannot defend, you cannot attack well (remember off balance is where your opponent wants you to be)

Rhythm - Having good rhythm will help keep you in a relaxed state where your reactions will be much sharper, you will have better balance, you will see, you will feel & you will move much better.

#2 Technique (Your POWER is in good technique)
To have good technique you NEED good balance, rhythm & control.
