I am extremely grateful that I have shared this journey with my client. It has been wonderful seeing her grow in self confidence, get stronger and fitter and also shrunk in size. 7.5kgs down since January. Her goal was 55kgs by July and even tho it is not all about the number on the scale she is definitely heading in the right direction. This is why I love what I do ❤️

“Started training with Carla about 3.5 months ago, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how far I’ve come. From 65.9 kg to 57.3, but more than just the numbers, it’s how I feel that’s changed everything. Carla has been more excited about my progress than I have at times, and that energy is exactly what kept me going on days I needed that extra push. Meet Sallie! My oldest client but an inspiration to me and the whole group.

Sallie proves at every session that age has no barrier. With no complaints or throwing me the “age card”, Sallie gives every exercise that I give her 100% effort.

We know how important resistance training is as we age and the benefits it has on our body and mind. We lose muscle as we age which increases our chances of sarcopenia which can lead to falls, loss of strength and mobility issues.

Sallie is setting herself up for a positive future as she ages and I am extremely proud of her and her efforts in the gym. She continues to get stronger with every session 💪 Well done Sallie. 🥰
