11 days ago I landed on the Gold Coast for a 4 day staging camp leading into the Junior Pan Pacific Championships held for the first time in our home nation in Canberra. I’m proud to have been able to represent my state and my country and most importantly, I’m honored to have been able to support the 2024 Junior Dolphins on my first Australian team. This experience has taught me a lot about myself as an individual, an S&C coach and a team member. So grateful to have been selected and to have had this opportunity to work with some amazing management, coaching, sport science & medical staff, not to mention the great group of athletes we had. Looking forward to seeing each member of this team, staff and athletes, continue to achieve their dreams. 💚🐬💛🇦🇺

What a whirlwind of a two years it’s been. Never could I have imagined when I first started that I would have been able to play a small part in physically preparing these athletes to qualify and represent their country at their first Olympic Games. So grateful to have been part of their journey at WAIS and excited to watch them race over the next 9 days and looking forward to what’s to come for the future. 💛💚💛💚

I’m a person who enjoys the hands-on experience of everything I do. You can read and write about anything but to really learn and understand you have to get your hands dirty.. that’s what drives and motivates me as a coach and as an athlete 🙌🏽

ATTENTION ALL ATHLETES!!

This is a pretty weird time for all of us with our lives being so greatly impacted by the virus! A lot of change has come about that has meant we are restricted in participating in and playing our sports... but this doesn’t mean we have to let our pre season efforts go to waste!
