On behalf of the Whitford Junior Football Club we would like to congratulate Noah Groves on achieving the 100 Game Milestone!
Noah is a prominent figure at the club and can often be seen coaching our younger kids, supporting his peers and helping out around the grounds! It’s this dedication to the club that earnt him the esteemed Kristian Hoogenkamp Award in 2025!

The kid from Whitties earnt his stripes to debut last night for the Collingwood Football Club and WOW, on the biggest of stages he proved his worth and gave the rest of Australia a taste of what he can do!!
To samuel swadling we couldn’t be prouder mate, you’ve spent half the year proving your worth and earning a spot in one of the best midfield’s in the competition and to have a debut like that, is truly special!!

This weekend is Sock it to Sarcoma for all ages!!!

All players, coaches, volunteers and wider football communities are invited to wear odd socks and collect donations with all funds going directly to Sock It to Sarcoma!

In 2025, over $20,000 was raised by football clubs across the weekend, which helped to improve outcomes including funding medical research, education and support for people impacted by sarcoma.

Dig deep and wear your LOUDEST and ODDEST socks!!!! Contact your Team Manager for more information.

Get ready for a night of comedy, stories, and sporting legends at Locker Room Laughs – a unique fundraising event supporting the Whitford Junior Football Club 2027 Melbourne Trip.

Hosted by the hilarious Brian Shields, the evening kicks off with stand-up performances from two professional comedians before we dive into an unfiltered locker-room style conversation with two of Australia’s sporting greats:
Jeremy McGovern – West Coast Eagles Premiership Player
Geoff “Swampy” Marsh – Australian Cricket Legend

No scripts. No media training. No holding back.
Just real stories, big laughs, behind-the-scenes moments, and the kind of banter usually reserved for the locker room.
