Say YES to taking up space!

A few weeks ago, .williamson8 reached out to me and offered me the opportunity to be on her panel for the Million Dollar Empire event with and . Absolute QUEENS in their fields.

I had the option to be on the panel or host the panel, both incredible opportunities.

But I knew that being ON the panel, sharing my expertise, claiming a seat at the table with these incredible women was the scariest option, which means it was also the option that would push me the most.

Fear is not the stop sign, it’s the mirror to your highest self. And goddamn am I proud of how I showed up and took up space 🙌🏼🔥

Today marks the start of the year of the horse. Claiming big opportunities, being audacious as hell and building that momentum.

Today was one of those days that makes you dream bigger, shows you what’s possible and reflects how you are (or could be) showing up.

Success is never achieved alone, and to be in a room with those powerhouse women was truly inspiring.

As your business grows, so does your visibility, your need to be SEEN.

Yet, at each new level, there’s an invisible ceiling to break through, and it usually feels incredibly unsafe.

Our brains are hardwired to belong to a tribe, and when our goals and dreams seem to go “against” what your brain deems to be safe, it sabotages you -

I’ve cared how I’m perceived my whole life.

“Will they like me?”
“What if they think I’m weird?”
“I’m too cringy / boring / awkward”
“I don’t know enough / I need more experience before I get that opportunity / paid / charge that much”

And it made me addicted to approval because I wanted to belong and succeed so badly.

And the sad part is, in order to meet the expectation (or my projected expectations) of society and my peers, I created a persona that wasn’t even me.

Basically unconsciously telling myself the real me isn’t good enough.

My addiction to approval eroded my self trust and confidence.

It wasn’t until I rewired my inner stories, upgraded my identity & started to refine how the real ME was showing up & communicating in the world that I started getting the opportunities I’d been chasing all along.
