Awesome day out on the water using the new "bottom worm" system by page sponsor Vexed Fishing to do some King George Whiting fishing. Have to say they absolutely dominate! Managed to get a huge 50 cm kgw along with 13 other all very big above average sized kgw, 3 or four flat head and some skippy some goat fish and even landed a 55cm pinkie on the rig by accident which was released. They work really well. Language warning for video in comments. Also needs to be noted that 90 per cent of the whiting we got was on Lund's bought squid. We didn't catch any fresh squid until we'd already caught about ten kgw and the big one I got was just on normal frozen Lund's trick was to slit the hood open remove the cartilage and guts from the frozen squid hood then cut into long strip's about a cm wide get about 8 or so strip's per hood. Weave a strip once or twice onto the droppers coming off the main line but don't weave it on to the hook too much wants that nice strip flapping looking like a te****le. I was doing that on the two droppers coming off the main line. Then using the head of the squid I'd cut off to make the strip's from the hood I'd use the head on the bottom sinker part of the rig on the hook coming off that so strip's on the top two hooks and squid head on the bottom sinker bits hook and that was working way better for me than random shaped pieces of bait so if you can't catch fresh squid easy that is the go what I reccomend TackleWest 🤘🏽🎣🤘🏽🎣🎣💪🏼🎣🎣
