Planking is a WHOLE BODY WORKOUT and not only is amazing for your core strength but also those little stabilisers that are so important for our mobility.

Keep up the good work team! It’s been a pleasure planking with you all this week!

Don’t forget:

💪🏽 write you name on the board if it’s your first plank and add your time
💪🏽 Every plank counts! Put a x 3 (4) (5) (20) every time you plank and change you time when you reach a new PB!
💪🏽 Bonus points for tagging us here on the gram 🤌🏽

It’s May!!!! Can you believe it!

It’s the time of the year to keep pushing through the ‘slump’ and remember your New Year fitness goals and WHY YOU’RE HERE.

For the entire month of May, we are holding a PLANKCHALLENGE here at XO FIT Forrestfield. Here are the rules and the prizes:

1. Plank - for as long as you can! It doesn’t matter if it’s 30 seconds or 30 minutes (challenge yourself)
2. Time your plank!
3. Post a photo with and tag us .forrestfield here on the gram
4. Write your name and plank time on the whiteboard at the gym!

You’ll go into the draw to win some prizes:

Don’t skip the part that actually locks in your workout.
