π₯at 2026 Asian University Table Tennis Championship
Our Menβs Team has claimed bronze at the 2026 Asian University Table Tennis Championship in Malaysia, one of the most prestigious and fiercely contested continental university championships in the sport.
Invited by the Asian University Sports Federation (AUSF) and the ASEAN University Sports Council (AUSC), our athletes competed against university teams from some of the strongest table tennis nations & regions in the world, including China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Chinese Taipei & Malaysia.
Our players also reached the quarterfinals in both Mixed Doubles and Menβs Doubles.
But this campaign was about far more than results.
What made us proudest was the genuine bond, fighting spirit and sportsmanship on display. One player at the table. The whole team fighting every point beside them. They celebrated together, lifted one another through the difficult moments and made sure nobody ever competed alone.
Our sincere thanks to Coach Yonis Xu and Team Manager Preston Tan-Kang for their leadership and for generously paying their way to support the team in Malaysia.
Thanks to UniSport Australia for endorsing the entries, and to AUSF, AUSC, UMPSA and the Organising Committee for their wonderful hospitality and outstanding care of our team.
We are equally grateful to Curtin University, the University of Western Australia, the University of Sydney and the University of Melbourne for endorsing and supporting our elite student athletes.
