I now have the solution for you and have all of the systems set up and ready to go, as soon as you are ready to start!

Using the Everfit training app to deliver your programming and to monitor your progress.

Programs are customised to your individual needs and every three weeks you will receive your next, new training phase/block.

All programs come with custom video demonstrations integrated into the training app and exercise instructions, so you know how to perform every given exercise correctly.

For those on the Premium subscription I will also be providing feedback on your technique & form via videos you can upload directly into the Everfit training app as you are training and entering your data.

Premium subscription members will also have private access to myself on a weekly basis via a WhatsApp video/voice call for answers to any questions you may have week to week.

Term 4 is just around the corner!
Enrolment is now open for the YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.

For youth athletes looking to improve their athleticism and learn the art of S&C training. No matter your sport this program is built to support you- from basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, rugby, netball, athletics, baseball, hockey- to gridiron, boxing, martial arts, surfing, bmx, golf & more!

Success in sport starts with building a proper foundation, learning discipline, developing an understanding of the long term commitment it requires, and finding the way to enjoy the process.

Many graduates/alumni from my youth program since its inception have gone on to sign pro athlete contracts in NBL, WNBL, AFL, AFLW, DIV 1 College, National, State teams & more. You can find a number of their testimonials over on my website!

Our 2025 Off Season was one to remember! Every year our time spent together just keeps getting better and better. This year was our first together out of the new facility- Off The Field. Harry went onto to have a great stint with the Boomers at the Asia Cup where they took Gold! Now onto his final year at college. Can't wait for the season to start and watch this year unfold buddy!

Recently I got my hands on a special t-shirt that means a lot to me! The Nike Team 31 “Protect Home Court” NBA T-Shirt from the Throwback Store.

The reason this shirt means a lot to me is because before I was a performance coach, I was actually an Arborist for 10 years, from 2004 to 2014. I was equally passionate about trees and the environment as I am today about helping humans to perform better! What better way to represent the link between my past and the present, then being able to rock this t-shirt.

My previous career in Arboriculture took me all over Australia and around the world working. You can read more about it in the blog post, but you may be surprised to know that in 2008 I was actually one of two in-house Arborists at Kings park Botanic Gardens to transplant the 750 year old, 37 tonne Boab Tree 3,200km from Telegraph Creek, Warmun to Perth. The tree was a gift from the Gija people in the Kimberley and we were able to save it from being destroyed to make way for a new highway being constructed in it’s original location.

I hope you enjoy your read through the blog and a little insight to a large part of my younger years.

By far my favourite basketball shoe released this year so far!

The is comfortable, light, grippy, durable and they barely feel like they’re on your feet while playing. And this Elmo colour way goes hard!

I caught with our favourite backman Darryl Lachman and chatted about this year and his career so far! has a great message for all athletes regardless of which sport you play, so don’t miss out on the video when it drops. Becoming a great player, living on the road overseas, dealing with adversity and challenges is tough; but if you can figure it out you can get the pro contract and security you are looking for in your passion, your sport! When it comes to looking for motivation and inspiration from athletes in Perth, Darryl is a stand out and it’s no wonder why he was this years Most Glorious Player, Players Player of the Year, Members Player of the Year and secured himself a new two year contract with the club. Can’t wait for next season already!
