Conditioning Circuit (Major Muscle Groups)

✅ Squat Swings
✅ Row
✅ Press
✅ Under The Bridge

Conditioning Circuit (Smaller Muscle Groups)

✅ Bicep Curl
✅ Up Right Row
✅ Tricep Extension
✅ Ab Crunch

Each Exercise Runs For 30 Seconds With A 60 Second Recovery Period At The End Of Each Circuit.

Repeat 4-5x

Add Weight Into Back According To You Strength Level.
