3 day spilt, Conditioning workouts

We’re going to have 3 boards out for our 3 day spilt program which hits all body parts over 3 days on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. I feel this will make a lot of you come in at least 3 days a week so you hit your entire body.

Yes you can do the 3 day spilt on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday if it’s your preference over the conditioning.

As usual we will have the beginners boards out for our beginner in the gym

Monday
Back, Triceps & Core

Ring Rows 3x8

Standing one arm cable row 3x8

Bent over DB row on bench 3x8

One arm DB tricep kickbacks 3x8

BB bench close grip tricep press
3x8

Bosu DB crunches 3x15

Weighted plank 30-60sec

Tuesday
Hybrid Conditioning 2.0

Block A
-12 DB Thrusters
-10 Push Ups
-12 Alternating Reverse Lunge (ea leg)
-16 Russian twists (ea side)
Rest 30 secs

Block B
-12 DB Hang Clean
-10 Renegade Rows (ea side)
-12 burpees :)
-20 mountain climbers
Rest 30 secs

Repeat A then B for 4 total rounds!
